We're back at The Playtrail this month as well as enjoying more yoga and Jo Jingles, in fact we're going to share our love of Jo Jingles with some older people when we visit some carehomes. Click here to read all about our busy month.
It's Spring and we're going on our school trip. This month we continue with our Getting Ready to Learn programme. Children not only have a book bag to take home but also a Fine/Gross Motor Skills Pack. Jo Jingles and Yoga continue to be enjoyed by all the children - see calendar for dates of activities. Parent/teacher meetings will take place in March and we've a special treat for Mother's Day - we're asking either a mum, granny or a special lady in your child's life to collect them on Friday 9th March.
Packed full of fun events during February we'll be making pancakes on Pancake Tuesday, creating some special art for Valentine's day, experimenting in the classroom for NI Science week as well as celebrating the Chinese New Year. The school photographer will visit the school, a wonderful excuse for a family photograph. Thank goodness we have a mid term break this month, you'll need a rest. click here to view our newsletter

During November we've Road Safety Week, National Tree Week and European Week for Waste Reduction so lots of opportunity to talk with children about the world around them. We'll also be celebrating World Nursery Rhyme Week in school and Talking To Our Babies have sent home a lovely sheet of nursery rhymes to practise at home.
